At Nature’s Answer, Inc. (“Nature’s Answer”), we stand behind our products and quality controls. If you are not satisfied with a Nature’s Answer product you purchased from our website or one of our authorized sellers in the United States, you may request a refund or replacement product within 45 days of the date of purchase. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Nature’s Answer Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. The Guarantee is also limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States.
Many retailers offer return policies; we encourage you to first examine the contents of any applicable return policy. To otherwise submit a Guarantee request, please have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product. You will be asked to provide proof of purchase, and you may be asked to submit photos of your product and the lot number. You will then be instructed to mail the unused portion of your product to Nature’s Answer and you will be provided a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include the RMA number on the outside packaging of your shipped product; you are responsible for shipping costs to Nature’s Answer.
